Go to the Trees tab and tap the "+" button. Fill in the tree details including lot, row, and seat numbers. You can also scan an existing QR code to quickly set up a tree profile.

Tap "Harvest" from the home screen quick actions, or scan a tree's harvest QR code. Enter the date, pod counts, and any notes. The data saves locally if offline and syncs when connected.

Yes! CacaoX works fully offline. All your data is saved locally and automatically syncs to the cloud when you have an internet connection. You'll see a sync indicator when data is waiting to upload.

Go to your farm settings and tap "Invite Members." You can either enter their email directly or create an invite code that they can redeem. Each invite has a specific role (worker, supervisor, etc.) that controls what they can access.

After the 30-day trial, your account enters read-only mode. You can still view all your data, but cannot add or edit records. Subscribe to continue with full access, or enter an activation code if you have one.

Go to the Profile tab and scroll to "Data Export." Select which activity types to include (harvests, scoutings, prunings, fertilizings) and tap Export. A CSV file will be generated that you can share or save.

The app shows optimal timing based on lunar cycles. The "Waning" window (before New Moon) is traditionally best for pruning, as sap flow is reduced. The "Waxing" window (before Full Moon) is better for foliar fertilization when plants absorb nutrients more actively.
